Submitting a paper

Authors should submit their manuscript for Richtmann Journals in an Word format, adapted for the Windows operating system and DOC or RTF file to the Editor by e-mail with the main body of the e-mail message containing the name/s of the author/s, affiliation and address information. No hard copies are required. Please see the journal page you are interested in for contacts.

Do not submit a paper which has been published previously or is simultaneously being submitted elsewhere.

Formatting and style

Please use the following rules for whole text, including abstract, keywords, heading and references.

- Page setup

  1. Margins: 1 Inch (2,54 cm) on all sides (top, bottom, left, right)
  2. Font Size and Type: 12-pt. Garamond or Times New Roman font
  3. Line Spacing: Single space throughout the paper, including the title page, abstract, body of the document, references, appendixes, footnotes, tables, and figures.
  4. Alignment: Justified
  5. Orientation: Portrait
  6. Page size: A4

Tables and figures should be included within the text of the paper and must be numbered, please use for the tables Garamond or Times New Roman 10 pts.

- References and Footnotes

References should follow the referencing style used by the American Psychological Association (APA) in alphabetical order. All sources cited in the paper must be included in the References section.

Charges and publication fee

The journals do not impose article submission charges. Instead, a fee ranging from 180 to 1700 GBP (or equivalent in USD) is applied for each accepted paper after a successful peer review process. This fee covers both online and printed journal formats. Furthermore, the corresponding author will receive one complimentary hard copy for each published paper, included in the fee. For a more comprehensive understanding of the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC), please refer to the specific journal you are interested in.
