How the Legal Fraternity Should Respond to Modern Cybercrimes
Abstract
This article examines the responses by the legal fraternity in the United Kingdom and United States towards modern cybercrimes, i.e. when cybercrimes are committed using malware and badware. While there have been attempts to cater to those crimes, there has been no viable mechanism yet. The articles seeks to find the reasons behind this problem and proposes a practical approach to it.Downloads
