Abstract

They are entrepreneurs, managers, political leaders actively influencing on economic and political processes of the country. The interest in carreer advancement problems has increased with the advent of new business elite representatives. In a situation of some economy stabilization in the country, under condition of management system transition from a state of “wild market” to “liberal stability”, visions of ethical and moral values, such as “untarnished reputation” and “positive public opinion”, once again has become significant among business circles. Today in the society has emerged a unique possibility for comprehensive personal fulfillment of a manager, carrying out wotks on studying new imagetechnologies formation, allowing to create a positive image of the subject, in particular of female managers, inasmuchas in disregard for constitutional precepts, asseterted by our society, and demographical changes, the status of woman in professional sphere continues to be groveled, derogate from women rights at labor market, not allowing them to exercise career advancement on egalitarian status with men. Therefore the issue of female career advancement in the most part and positive image of female manager in particular, as a factor, promoting professional advancement, is socially significant at the present stage of modern society development.Downloads
