The almost uniform structures of transition and the aim to meet the standarts of democracy is the other orientation wich brings us plenty approaches to local problems. In this context, particular attention is paid to the organization of the Regional Development Agencies, which are presented as non-governmental and non-profit organizations. They are just managed by the National Council for Regional Development, whose president is the prime minister.
