Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of faculty members in practicing the approach of dialogue with students inside and outside the classroom at Al Ain University from the students' point of view. The study sample consisted of 500 male and female students, who were selected through the relative random sample. The study, which has used the descriptive approach, has found that the role of faculty members in promoting the practice of dialogue inside and outside the classroom from the point of view of students was highly significant. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the sample members of the students about the role of faculty members in practicing the dialogue approach inside and outside the classroom attributed to the gender variable, but that there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of the sample members attributed to the college variable and in favor of the College of Education.
