The exponential increase in data in academic settings has made automated methods necessary to improve data management's accuracy and efficiency. This study focuses on the usage of robotic process automation (RPA), optical character recognition (OCR), and ASC TIMETABLE as automated tools at the Mediterranean University of Albania. The main goal is to evaluate how well ASC TIMETABLE and OCR produce structured data that may be used in RPA procedures, especially when it comes to scheduling and lecturer evaluations. The study identifies a number of critical issues, including the need for automation system integration, the inaccuracy and inefficiency of manual data handling, and the prompt production of statistical reports. Through an analysis of these problems, the paper shows how automated technology can solve these difficulties and result in notable enhancements to administrative procedures. The findings show that when combined with RPA, ASC TIMETABLE and OCR offer a reliable method for automating the creation and maintenance of data. According to the findings, implementing these technologies can lessen administrative workloads, enhance data quality, and make it easier to produce statistical reports quickly. This report gives insightful information about the potential of automation in academic administration and offers helpful suggestions for organizations looking to use related technologies.
