Abstract

The research analyzes the present state of Jordanian universities, illustrating the difficulties and limitations they have. The notion of digital transformation is then discussed, along with its advantages, frameworks, and implementation obstacles. Additionally, it offers case studies of effective digital transformation programs implemented at Jordanian universities and gives actual instances of how these establishments have used technology to advance research and innovation, raise student involvement, and improve teaching and learning. Furthermore, the study offers tactics for executing digital transformation, encompassing infrastructure and technology, teaching techniques and curriculum, leadership and administration, and student support services. Additionally, the study calculates the return on investment in digital technologies, the influence of the digital transformation on key performance metrics, and the impact on the quality of education.
