Abstract

Information Communication Technology (ICT) has expanded developmental opportunities for contemporary college students and has enhanced their access to diverse learning resources. This study investigates the influence of Perceived Teachers' Informatization Teaching Leadership on Information Communication Technology from the students' perspective, examining the mediating roles of Computer Self-Efficacy (CSE) and Perceived Social Support (PSS). Utilizing a quantitative research approach, the study surveyed vocational college students in China who had experience in skills competitions, with data analysis performed using SPSS software. The results reveal that both Computer Self-Efficacy and Perceived Social Support effectively mediate the impact of Perceived Teachers' Informatization Teaching Leadership from the students' perspective on Information Communication Technology utilization, with significant variations in the strength of their mediation effects. These findings provide new insights into strategies for enhancing Information Communication Technology capabilities among vocational college students in China, thereby advancing their information literacy and potentially informing educational policies and stakeholder decisions.
