Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence cash waqf behavior using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. This research involves distributing questionnaires to 129 respondents who have the potential to provide cash waqf. The questionnaire was designed based on the main constructs in the TPB, namely attitudes towards cash waqf, subjective norms, behavioral control, and cash waqf intentions and behavior. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to test the relationship between these variables in a comprehensive conceptual framework. The results of analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method show that the proposed model has a good level of fit to the data. The findings show that a positive attitude towards cash waqf significantly influences an individual's intention to give cash waqf. Subjective norms, which reflect the influence of the social environment, also have a strong positive impact on cash waqf intentions. Apart from that, perceived behavioral control also has a direct positive influence on cash waqf intentions and behavior.
